Personal Body and Health Analysis - Introduction to Personal Health Management

In this unit, students give an objective, data based look at their own current state of health. They identify their current height, weight, body fat and BMI. They then enter three days of food into a website, and analyze the results of their own daily food intake. Finally, they determine how much energy they would need to expend to use up the caloric intake of their favorite fast food meal.

This is a great lesson for the introduction to Nutrition Management.
