There is a definite struggle among teens to maintain a healthy weight and eat better. Students will learn about "food personality" and learn to recognize unhealthy eating while on the run.

Introduction

This final lesson will help students learn about their "food personality", organize and portion food while making their ideal plate, recognize and make healthy food choices while eating on the run, and finally, learn to read food nutrition labels from canned food.
