This is the 3rd lesson set within the Project Based Lesson, "Creating Menus for Special Needs Diets" within the Food Service and Hospitality pathway. Students will glean information from all student presentations, taking notes and ready to utilize this information for menu revisions in Lesson 4.
Students have created multi-media projects in lesson 2 relevant to special needs diets. Students will share their presentations with classmates to glean important information about developing menus and altering recipes for special needs customers within food service.
It is critical that students take excellent notes and utilize the guided notes to be ready to revise menus in lesson 4. For students with special needs you may want to utilize the amended version of guided notes.
