"Selling" Lock Boxes With Persuasion: (ELA)


Students will use ethos/pathos/logos to "sell" lock boxes to a specific audience in small groups.


Students will be asked to market lock boxes to a specific age group. In groups, students will have the choice to create a commercial, print ad or a speech that will be presented to the class. Students must use one or all of the elements that have been discussed in this unit. Students will also be asked to grade their classmates on the effectiveness of the presentation. The students will be given 3 class days to create their presentations.
