Series vs. Parallel Circuits

Introduction

Building upon the discovery of Ohm's law in simple circuit building as well as concepts of simple DC circuits (potato batteries), students progress to build progressively more complex series circuits and continue to record results in an effort to again discover what happens to circuit characteristics when a circuit is made parallel instead of series. Real hands on building of circuits and graphing included.
