This is a multi-day project based lesson; part 2 of a project based on food allergies, preferences and intolerances as they relate to food service and hospitality.

Introduction

Lesson 2 will challenge students to research and create a presentation.  It opens with a humorous hook on credible sources for their research.  Make sure you have either ChromeBooks reserved in the library or have access to technology to initiate this lesson.
