Agricultural Business - CTE Online Model

Students will learn about agricultural business operation and management. Topics will include accounting, finance, economics, business organization, marketing, and sales.

About the Team:
This structure of this course and the materials contained within it were created by a team of educators from across the state with support from the CTE Online curriculum leadership team and detailed coordination provided by the Course Specialist Karen Dalton-Wemp.

From CALPADS: Intermediate Agricultural Business (Concentrator)

This course will include topics related but not limited to human relationships and effective communication, issue analysis, decision-making and problem-solving, leadership qualities and styles, and ensuring successful completion of group activities. The students then learn and enhance their written and oral communication skills by presenting their views and opinions to the class. Students learn how to arrange and present debates, speeches, and interviews to be effective leaders in today’s society.
