Nepris is here to help teachers and students affected by school closures. Now through April we are opening our Live Virtual Industry Chats and Video Library to everyone to help students stay engaged. Nepris connects educators with a vast network of industry professionals to engage students in their learning and prepare them for their future. Professionals now have the opportunity to share their skills and knowledge with learners to inspire the next generation of the workforce.

PBS News Hour Student Reporting Labs

With many schools closing and teaching moving online, PBS NewsHour Student Reporting Labs has created a special unit that covers the basics of local community journalism, storytelling, scripting, and video editing. These are tough times for everyone, and your stories will add a uniquely-critical perspective to coronavirus coverage.
SRL also hosted a webinar via Zoom, discussing the unit while answering questions from educators across the country. We are also offering daily office hours from 11 am – 12 pm ET through Zoom with the SRL Team to teachers and students interested in virtually connecting.
